Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will be provided in the following cases:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience consistent technical issues with the Eshtory app or platform that prevent you from accessing content, and our support team is unable to resolve them within a reasonable time frame.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If you notice any unauthorized transactions on your account, please report them immediately. Refunds will be processed upon verification.
  • Accidental Purchases: If you unintentionally subscribe to a plan, you may request a refund within 24 hours of the transaction, provided no significant content has been consumed.

2. Conditions for Refund

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Non-Usage: Refunds will only be granted if the subscription has not been extensively used (e.g., listening to more than 2 hours of premium content).
  • Time Frame: Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of the subscription purchase or renewal date. For accidental purchases, the request should be made within 24 hours.
  • Promotional Offers: Subscriptions purchased as part of a promotional offer or discounted package are non-refundable.
  • One-Time Refund: Refunds will only be issued once per user. Subsequent requests for refunds may not be entertained.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • If you change your mind about the subscription after extensive usage.
  • If the subscription was purchased via third-party platforms (e.g., App Store or Play Store), as these platforms have their own refund policies.
  • If the subscription period is nearing completion and you have consumed a majority of the content.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  • Contact Customer Support: Email us at support@eshtory.com with the following details:
    • Name
    • Email address associated with the account
    • Transaction ID
    • Reason for the refund request
  • Verification Process: Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information or evidence.
  • Processing Time: Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not result in a refund for the current billing period unless you meet the criteria outlined above.

6. Eshtory's Rights

Eshtory reserves the right to:

  • Deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy.
  • Amend the refund policy at its discretion.
